Ghost and Dirty Dancing are good. But his movie The Outsiders is still one of my favorites. Many people have forgotten that Patrick Swayze was Ponyboy's brother Darrel in Francis Ford Coppola's movie adaptation to S.E. Hinton's novel The Outsiders. Other then Ghost, Dirty Dancing, and The Outsiders, I also like Roadhouse and Red Dawn.
I broke down and cried when he repeats his line from "Ghost." It's so clear that he was doing his best to hold strong till the end for his wife. Whoopi is fantastic and it's apparent that she was deeply affected by his death.
He was my Mother's favorite actor. I think she saw just about anything he ever starred in, way back from the made for TV movie/mini-series North & South right up until his last movie. He died 2 days after my Mother. Now whenever I think of Patrick I can't help but think of her as well. I understand both the pain & grief the family is going through because I & my family are going through it too. Their in both my thoughts & prayers.

Ghost and Dirty Dancing are good. But his movie The Outsiders is still one of my favorites. Many people have forgotten that Patrick Swayze was Ponyboy's brother Darrel in Francis Ford Coppola's movie adaptation to S.E. Hinton's novel The Outsiders. Other then Ghost, Dirty Dancing, and The Outsiders, I also like Roadhouse and Red Dawn.

I broke down and cried when he repeats his line from "Ghost." It's so clear that he was doing his best to hold strong till the end for his wife. Whoopi is fantastic and it's apparent that she was deeply affected by his death.

He was my Mother's favorite actor. I think she saw just about anything he ever starred in, way back from the made for TV movie/mini-series North & South right up until his last movie. He died 2 days after my Mother. Now whenever I think of Patrick I can't help but think of her as well. I understand both the pain & grief the family is going through because I & my family are going through it too. Their in both my thoughts & prayers.

Seeing Ms. Goldberg's reaction is so very touching. I think this day and the day she spoke of her own's mother's death was the most touching, heartfelt moments of the view. It's a reminder that TV Hosts / Stars are human, with real emotions and feelings. Just like the rest of us.

Why The Hell do We Keep lavishing attention on Kate Gosselin or Speidie or Fantasia? they are trash. Fantasia is the worst she supposedly tried to commit suicide when the VH1 crew was at her house filming. There are millions of Kate Gosselins who TV execs wish to exploit. It is part of the dumbing down of America & the the world. I've seen Ghost and Dirty Dancing. Patrick had "Demi Moore" and "Erin Grey" as his leading ladies. I think his best chemistry was with Erin Grey. I didn't really like her choice to have plastic surgery on her nose. It changed her look too much. You ask yourself......Where's "Baby"?

@MissCharlotte75 Yeah I cried as well. Alot of my friends don't understand why I cry over a celebrity but I think if you don't cry (or at least felt distraught) over the passing of someone who touched you with their work or made you smile and that you admired then you're a little dead inside.
