Amel is one of my fav artists, all her albums are great. I love Beyoncé too, but these girls shouldnt be compared at all, it's not even the same musical genre. This song is great and I can listen to it all the time, as with any of her songs lol :)

@GoldenLarkVoice I dont know about her running circles around Beyonce... Beyonce has a larger range, more control, clear focused tone, agility galore and she is even though out her range... the downside to beyonce's voice is that she is a bit thin at the top.

Amel has a cute voice and a rather small range and she is very uneven though her range, very unfocused pitch.

i think could be very marketable but her voice does need alot of help.

@puckus21 That just shows the wonders of autotune in regards to Beyonce's voice sounding the way it does. Have you seen her when she is in concert... O__O I was sooo surprised. Amel's voice has that graininess and it is not perfect so it has a resonance quite similar to a bass violin. I love it.

Amel is one of my favorite artists! She is VERY underrated. This is actually my favorite song of hers (along with "Trouble" that song is so cute! lol) The lyrics in this song just make you wanna cry, especially when you can relate directly to them. Amel is INDEED UNDERrated and I have yet to understand why. Not only is she naturally beautiful, but talented and gifted. She has a unique style and true to herself and her music. It is a damn shame you have to result to "booty shakin'" or negative controversy to sell records. I love Amel and have been following her work since her Groove Theory days. I would love to see her win a Grammy someday :).
