you 1st have to donate 200,000bells for the bridge then 500,000 bells for the fountain and finally 1,000,000 bells for a windmill or a lighthouse

Good to see Halloween back in action after it was taken out of Wild World, though I was hoping it would be more different from the GNC version than just that (I was hoping for something more new, oh well at least you get candy when going inside villagers houses, though I was hoping for some features that you could do and celebrate with friends over wi-fi) anyways nice to see the lighthouse back, and a Windmill? I love windmills ever since I've rewatched "The Old Mill" in A Disney Halloween.
