  • Thank you so much great advice. Just started eating more raw foods this gave me a way to extend my groceries. It was getting confusing and frustrating but this helped tremendously. Happy Healthy Living!!!!! :)

  • If you possibly can, grow your greens. I look out my kitchen window and see my greens garden bed full of chard, lettuce, herbs and kale and can just pick as I need and start new plants as I eat through them. That's fresh storage.

  • Yum,Costco has already cooked Chickens and BQ Ribs, man oh man they are good.

  • Use the Banana Seal and all of your food with be kept fresh for months! Check it out at SaveTheBananaSeal - dot - com.

  • i couldnt understand what u said about storing bananas .

    C u help please?

  • Very informative...thank you for your useful tips! I have wasted a lot of produce due to my busy schedule out of the house. Just embarked on the raw lifestyle...a lot of trial and error. Your video help a lot! Thank you!

  • Would it be ok to freeze the greens for the green smoothie? Would I loose any benefits? I find them easy to blend when frozen due to not having a high tec blender. Love the videos.

  • Thank you fo posting this

  • Thank you so much for this very valuable information !

I joined the green smoothie crowd almost a year ago but cannot get my family to join. I am considering buying a small fridge just for my greens..

someone needs to invent(hint hint) a fridge MADE for just greens and fruit :)

  • It's great how eco-conscious you are by reusing the bags and plastic containers!

    Very good system you developed!

Thanks a lot for the information!

  • FYI Pineapples have to be picked ripe from what I've heard and you can tell they are ripe when you buy them if a leaf pulls out from the top. I love the idea of saving the bins from the spinich and using them for other greens! Great! Nice looking produce! Also I've heard that tomatoes in fridge makes them mushy...I learned these two things from Living Light Culinary Arts School :)
