@JulianAnita the goal is to keep it up after the recovery. But in the meantime it will be a solid way for people to make money and create jobs that fit in with the missing jobs that are there right now. As the environment recovers and the economy picks up there will be more positions created and a secondary boom on the Gulf cities.

@butterlily5 We are working on being able to have our program everywhere, but the truth is it will be much slower without the help of a contribution like this. But we know that everyday that this is not in place is another day more items that can be recycled will slip through the cracks. Thank you for your support.

Wow, great idea guys. I have a cousin LA who's worried about losing his house because he can't fish. How soon could you get this out?

@sacramentowebdesign Assuming we get funded, it would be immediately. We have been working on the ability to do this in a similar fashion but this would be a much smaller area working on a much stronger scale.  So I would literally fly out there (no parachute though) within a week to get it going.
