She would not have been disobedient for not getting her way, like the habitless Obamacare nuns, but only if she was called to. Still, it's tricky, because God generally requires obedience to superiors. I don't think it's women against a male establishment. There were holy nuns who had to do what's right, despite superiors of their own community, but they accepted the consequences to offer up their sufferings&not risk being puffed up as being the ones to whom messages from Heaven were given.

I haven't seen this film yet but I know I'll love it. I have always admired Hildegard and love her music too.

I so want to see this film but don't know if I can find it in Vietnam. Perhaps in Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi... Streamed from Amazon? Haven't checked it out yet but I'm expecting copyrights issues.
