@Kindkiller43 When it comes to the internet, just about anything (good or bad) can happen so its better to be safe than sorry.

I can't 100% guarantee if its safe or not but from my experiences with downloading mugen and mugen content in the past, only once ever did I get a virus (from an esnips download) and I managed to get rid of it and fix the problems it caused rather quickly.

@NonstopRam Mugen is a fighting game engine for PC, you can create or download various kinds of characters, stages, music, lifebars and screenpack themes along with other content. It is recommended that you know at the very least very basic forms of programing code so that you can add and remove content from the engine though.
