I also took bass lessons from Phil for a couple of years. He has tons of patience and instilled in me a love for bass playing that keeps growing every year. Incredible teacher and virtuosic player.
Phil was my teacher also actually, haha. I heard that he had stopped giving lessons to be a stay at home dad once, from another guy that he gave lessons to that I am friends with. I have always wondered what happened to him. I had to stop because I failed a class in highschool... I guess I was just spending too much time with my bass!
@dasgre0g- Mine too! Phil's a great guy and I appreciated all of his insight and guidance- in the lesson room and across the counter, or wherever we ran into each other!
Oh please do keep doing what you do! It's great. Just hope you come to England some time so we get the chance to see you play live. Although i guess there is always the option of visiting America.....:0)

Phil was my bass teacher for years when I was younger. Awesome teacher and a great person. Obviously a fantastic player
