it's such a shame that Cyan is facing financial problems, you can see it on Rand's face when he's being reminded of this.

What's with this whole 'Unfinished business' thing? Seriously? from a great company that is known for Myst I would expect to slap themselves and say: Nap time is over, Let's get down to business!'

Myst fans - what do you think, will there ever be an 'uphill' time for Cyan ever again?

Cyan worlds SHOULD TEAM UP WITH BETHESDA! that's what ID software did when they ran into financial troubles. At first they where going to go to EA but then they where like, eh fuck it and decided to go with Bethesda instead. I'm certain they'd help fund the project as long as it gets FINISHED!

@tehatemachine That'll be better and a crossover with the elder scrolls with myst and that'll be the biggist crossover in gaming.

@ronniekyo It would benefit both sides. They could acquire Bethesda soft works new engine that is used in Skyrim and make their own game based upon what they've learned form myst. Or they could go with the Id Tech 5 engine which has AWESOME texturing,

It's too bad they are in the financial situation they're in. I always thought Cyan was a talented studio and its clear they wanted to move in to do new and different stuff but now they're only choice really is to just focus on the Myst stuff because thats all they're known for.

perhaps one day somebody with a good and big heart will join them to rebuild stuffs, somebody don't mind working for next to no wages, it could happen!! sides, Myst now is living in a shallow world with shallow things, and people only love FPS or RTS or RPG, even the kids for some reason refuse to explore new things and just follow what ever the adult are playing, so for Cyan, they are facing the unfairness of the world...
