@DiamondPilotDan I like it everytime I watch it! haha. so basically it's an amazing flight both going there and back. what was your cruising altitude? and of course you need the slower climb. ;)
@holyshizzleitsconnor with a very light me (120lbs) and my very light instructor(140lbs) in the DA40Cs.... full throttle and 2390RPM and roughly 20.7" Manifold pressure we got about 135kts true and 105 indicated at 9,500ft:) not bad, roughly makes it 155mph.
How could there possibly be dislikes on this video?

and direct from naples it's probaby 50 minutes to key west, 42 to Marathon..
but in the DA40 I'd never go direct(i dont like sharks) hahah.. so to marathon it's about... an 62 minutes..ish haha.
I recommend flying from MTH to EYW at 1000 over the road.. its a beautiful flight :)
The route i use usually is APF-X01-MTH--and if im continuing EYW.
all the times include a bit extra for a slower climb :)
