THE FACT IS THAT YOU ARE MOVING POOR PEOPLE FROM THEIR HOMES AND USING THEIR IGNORANCE.IF YOU WANTE TO BE REALLY FEAR RENOVATE THEIR HOUSES AND LET THEM BE THE OWNER AND THEN GET YOUR MONEY BACK AFTER THEY START RENTING THEIR OWN RIAD. .BEFORE ,LIVING IN Marrakech was very cheap and abordable for all, but now with all the things happening,only stranger peolpe are making the biiigg money from this situation not the real MARRAKCHIS.THE REAL MARRAKECH IS DEAD.BELIVE ME.
I couldn' disagree with you more. Let's npt forget....I am actually there, you are safe in Canada in your Western home, living a western life. If you really feel this way, why are you not living there to help the people of Morocco. Again, it is easy for you to judge when you don't have to face the ones you are accusing of doing something.

is it stupid to restore a home that was falling in on itself from neglect, and return it to its former state of grandeur? Is it wrong to hire the local craftsmen to do the work in order to help lift them out of poverty? Is it stupid to bring new business to help the Moroccan economy? Have I done something to offend you? The family that lived in this home, now has a new house that is modern and clean. They are out of poverty. Is it wrong to fall in love with Morocco?
