I just searched for this song for hours... All I could remember was that there were two guys and two guitars. My brother sent me this song a few years ago. I finally found it.
I have listened to these guys for such a long time, but never realised that this song (along with the album and 3 others) were recorded in my home town of Winston-Salem, NC. You have to love this music
I remember when I was one of the few who knew of this band seeing them in their earliest days when they played little side jobs. Now who look where they have gone. On my own personal taste, I believe their earlier stuff is better. You have a list of all their albums at wikipedia and you can do some research on them, but you can start with Mignonette or Four Thieves Gone...or from the beginning.

a@johnny991965 there are good drugs and there are bad drugs. Someone who is willing to cut off your fingers looking for a fix surely are doing very bad drugs (Heroine, Crack. Meth) But someone who is smoking pot or eating mushrooms would never do something that insane. I think its wrong to use the umbrella term "Drugs" to label all of them, and it is certainly wrong to arrest people who choose to use them in the safety of their own home harming no one.

@AnonMadara I don't think they mean the drug laws would be more effective if everyone loved music like this, I think they mean that there would be no need for such a law, because no one would feel the dependence of hard drugs. I dont know if you've ever been addicted to say, meth, but it sucks. Id love to free the world from such a thing.
Anyway, we're both over-analyzing a fans comment about how good this song is. this song is awesome. end of story.

@outfitmadeofawesome well, it's not the place to talk about what i have been addicted to (cause its none of your business anyway). i was just saying: claiming a world would be better if it were generally "drug-free" is just dumb. also, i have limited sympathy for people who use hard drugs. by now you should have understood that you get ADDICTED AND FUCKED UP from stuff like meth, coke, heroin etc. but for fucks sake it is my own fuckin choice. don't fuck with my rights to consume.

On my own personal taste, I believe their earlier stuff is better. You have a list of all their albums at wikipedia and you can do some research on them, but you can start with Mignonette or Four Thieves Gone...or from the beginning.
