  • NICE!!! So much better than those hot and sour duck stocks with worcestershire and chili and citrus. Beautiful! Gonna make this today with thanksgiving leftover duck.

  • Any fresh herbs you have on hand. I'd use rosemary, thyme, oregano and bay leaf. If you don't have any fresh herbs on hand, just use some Italian seasoning and a bay leaf or two.
