LOL! Let me stop being so sarcastic. But laying all jokes aside. To lose weight you have to starve your ass off. Which anybody can do if they have there mind set. The question is how do you keep it off once you lose it. Thats the hard part. That is what people struggle with. It's hard to have to eat crap on and on just to stay little. I get tired of living off of skinless chicken breast and brown rice. I want a hamburger steak smothered in onions and french fries and a pepsi some damn times.
Hmm, good Q. Your body can crave carbs when you do a lot of cardio, simply because it's your body's way of obtaining (and replenishing) energy stores (since carbs are your body's prime energy source). BUT, since refined carbs are so "immediate" in your system as far as energy, your brain registers this and may seem to "crave" it later as a preferred energy source since it gets the job done well.
As far as "stripping off muscle" . . . i don't think eating refined carbs so much "strips" it, but more so doesn't support growth and muscle maintenance. Two things: refined carbs are usually associated with fat as well, which isn't the best for muscle support and replenishment post workout. Plus, if refined carbs are eaten at other times, it reeks havoc on insulin levels which can work against muscle gains . Awesome comments! Thanks for keepin' it lively! :)
yeh thanks chell i found that it's gd that the food i count is my carbs NOT my fat and NOT protein cause in my country the recommendation saids 65% of your calories should come from starches i was doing that and i was 240 pounds
Now i changed it up to 40 30 30 and i'm not 180 pounds with 11% body fat^^
Heyyyyy kormyqwert! Personally, i've found HIIT (high intensity interval cardio) to be the best, or most effective for fat loss (speaking strictly of the cardio aspect). This is mainly because of the over-all amount of calories burned, and the "after burn" created. Plus, you can do less of it and get better results -- right on :) And the thanks for reminding me 'bout my blog! I am such a slacker. When i post again (soon!) i will give you props for the encouragement to get me typin'! :)
I agree with the above comment. You are a very good explainer.. You are very well spoken.
I too am very impressed... I don't keep track of nothin' though...I just do the stomp test...if when I stomp my foot and it makes a wave up my leg... then I keep running. lol

You are a wonderful "explainer"!
I'm also a personal trainer, and I use this same concept (body survival).
I've also seen a few of your other vlogs, and was really impressed.
Hope you are enjoying helping people, and building a successful business!
