Hate to say it clearly an early maturity kid. College and pro football are dominated by late maturity kids. Its obviously too early to tell, which is why you honestly shouldn't have even put this up, but yeah, hate to say chances aren't great (even if hes a high school star PSU is another level and this is a D1 athlete speaking)

I am a youth coach in Texas. I have coache pee wee, youth all the way up to semi pro. Tell your brother to work on cuting off one foot instead of 2 when he makes his cut. He has some talent and heart, but he needs to work on his footwork. If going to the right push off right foot, If going to left push off left foot and get upfield faster.
