Excellent, thanks for this. I was having trouble finding the third chord of the chorus (I thought he was playing some strange A# chord, but yours makes sense) Only other song Ive seen that G used was in "Exit Music(for a film)" by Radiohead. And I certainly DO NOT mean to pick, but it looks to me like the first D he uses in the bridge, he hits a F# with his thumb (making it "2-X-0-2-3-2") Try it and see if it sounds right to you....
Your teaching style is quite natural. It's more important to be able to convey the ideas than to have the exact name for the chords and you're doing that in spades.
It certainly is. I've learned so much since putting up these videos and all different ways and positions for playing the same chord, and this is just a situation kind of like that that I didn't realize. Thank you very much :)
Well you should have said something! :) Haha, I've had this one down for a while I just have been procrastinating. Any others you are waiting for? I'll be putting Once, Fitzcarraldo, Trying To Pull Myself Away, and other up soon.
Have you got Song For Someone &/or Races down? And given the premise that it never hurts to ask, do you play the mandolin too? My hubby just gave me one and expects me to learn Glens songs! Yikes!
