When Morrison performed he had a certain energy about him. It was raw and had a meaning. No offense to any Manson fans, but when your used to the original version, you notice that NO ONE can cover the Doors, and make it good. There's no feeling to this song, no passion (In my opinion). I think Manson just didn't get the point of this song
