  • Thank you, Seattle...from a California resident.

  • i was there too, but i didn't know it started at the hill, i ended up watching near the Paramount, then moved to OLD NAVY area.

  • I was there and it was awesome!! Equal rights NOW!!

  • There you go making the baby Jesus cry again apologiamixer. Judge not lest ye be judged.

  • I was there too, this was fantastic! Thank you for posting!

  • I know so many people who are ashamed to live in California because of Prop 8 being passed, gay/les/bi/straight. It's so angering. I mean, I don't understand why. We didn't vote in opposite sex marraige who has the right to vote in same sex marraige. Society's dumb. Thanks for posting the video though. Love you, Bear!

  • I'm so proud of my home city! Was too sick to march but my heart's there.

  • Awesome, I was there! Love Seattle. Screw prop h8!!!

  • wooohooo i was there!

  • i think there will be a first woman president before gay marriage will ever happen.

  • There are already over 10,000 gay and lesbian marriages in CA. Mass and Conn both have gay marriages. It's already happening and based on the resurgence of activism, we're closer than we think! And we can thank LDS for helping us make this a national movement!

  • yes, i guess i should have been more detailed. I meant that...... gay marriages won't ever equal really to straight marriages ( accepted in all state(USA)/countries around the world ).

  • Sorry, ChinkyChinkJack. Marriage is marriage -- there is no "gay marriage." We are all just people, and we all have equal rights to marriage. Now, getting the governments to recognize and uphold those rights is the effort we are in now. My gay son has the same right to marry his lover as I did my husband, though -- whether the state of Washington and the US Government recognize that, or not.

  • yeah, they never seem to last long :(, and hopefully someday gay marriages will be the same as straight marriages.
