Decriminalization is a silly idea, it gives the gov the authority to control and recriminalize cannabis at any time, it does not deal with organized crime, it does not create a free market, does not allow the manufacturing of it, ... its a goofy concept. The prisons need to be unprivatized. Once keeping people locked up is a burden on the taxpayers AND NOBODY IS GETTING RICH OFF OF IT, there will be less desire to lock up as many people as possible for as many reasons as possible.
