I see you are using string rubs to make the noise. Can you tell me what are your effects and settings for the noise? I would imagine it is the phase 90 set about 10 o'clock? Yours doesn't sound exact, but at least you have it in there! You can't play the song without it -- it would be like not having the "Atomic Punk" noise. This one seems to be a closely guarded secret judging from lights going off when he does it and the claim he made about doing it on a the Wurlitzer.

@VioletDeliriums to mimick what im doing just use the mxr evh flanger and rub the side of your hand across the strings just like atomic punk. phase shifter is used for atomic punk as you probably know. i used the flanger on this solo because it sounds cool. its all personal preference, there is no guarded secret. eddies "secrets" are all common knowledge any more haha. good luck :)
