I've never really been a fan of the "phrasebook" method for language learning (I much prefer the "grammar" approach, as done by Living Language's "Conversational" series), however this video is done very well, and I'm actually quite pleased with it.
The natives speak both slowly and at native speeds, and none of it feels rushed.
I have to get a grasp of basic Indonesian in a week. This is great, although what a different language than any other I know. it's ironic that the only similar word is 'sama'
But that Indonesian babe, giving examples, is all the incentive I need to hit the books!!!
