    He's not 6' 11". That's with shoes on, and that's a stretch. He's more like 6' 9" without shoes and, while he is the most explosive center in the L, that is mitigated when he's on the low block. Without a large base (basically butt lol), it is VERY hard to secure good, deep position, as I'm pretty sure you know.

  • It is impossible to define this or any workout based on a few exercises. His trainer, i'm sure has Dwight on a periodized in which he moves from one cycle of training, with specific emphasis to another with a different emphasis. schedule From what i can tell, his trainer is doing a good job, especially with the transverse work, which too often gets ignored. Genetically gifted or not training matters. Dr. Bounce aka CoachMass1. I've trained Jabari Brown( Oregon) and Damian Lillard, TOP 20 NBA.

Centers need to start lifting more weights and actually eating more so they can throw some weight around in the paint...too many stick men in the NBA. Big chunk of the reason why lebron, dwight and shaq are 3 of the most dominant players the NBA has ever seen. Turn them 3 into stick men and see how it effects there game. Dont forget he has the rest of the day to do post moves
