I want to buy an Imac, do you think I should wait to get more money and buy the 27" or just buy the 21 1/2"?

@WICKEDspeeder17 The product is currently in mid-cycle now. Depending on how long you want to wait before getting the 27". I would say if you wait for more than 4-5 months, then you might as well wait for the next refresh next year. But if you plan to buy before that, then either the 21 or 27 inch would suit your needs.

I have a macbook and i want to upgrade to an imac. I run final cut pro x and i want to multitask easily. I want 21.5, should I get the lower end 21.5 or the higher end 21.5??

Thanks for making this video. But one thing you have to consider is the graphic cards are mobiltity cards.. this is unacceptable for a desktop computer..

@ImprovedAtom Thx for the feedback. Considering that in this model, the graphics card is located on a separate board from the main logic board, this allows for the replacement of the GPU (should you ever need to) without the need to for an entirely new logic board.

Yes, thank you for your review. After hearing what you said, I'm going with the 27" i7 with the two Gig video card. I'm not going to go for the ssd...just too much cash right now. That would be sweet! Still thinking till morning, then I'll place my order :)

just ordered the i7 with 2gb video card.

did not go tfor the ssd due to the 4-6 week wait time, and here in switzerland, the pirice was quite high. hoping to get a thunderblot ssd drive later on
