I agree. I had this weird discussion the other day. This girl was really against factory farming, but she still ate all the meat and milk from it because she felt that her not eating it wouldn't affect things and that there can only be a change from government regulation. But then I thought, "But if you know all the cruelty that goes into making the meat, how do you still find it appetizing?" It's no good to be self-righteous, but with true understanding, how can one be anything but vegan?
im just about vegan only animal product i use is fish.......i eat fish but nothign else animal and im slowing moving into raw but since ive been doing this fish only thing and lots of fruit and veggies ive lost like 50 pounds and skin clear up feeling great much respect
You can identify however you want. You don't have to call yourself a vegan. You can say you eat a raw food diet or a plant-based diet. Veganism is about MORE than just diet. It's about abstaining from using animals - for food, clothing, and more.

I have lost all desire to eat any animal products, well, except honey and bee pollen.

I agree with you. I am a raw vegan, and I have made this choice mainly for health reasons.
I love animals and it makes me happy to know I am saving innocent lives in return :)
