I NEVER rage quite cause then i think I'm weak and a shitty person for doing that, so I keep going until i do better, then I stop with a good end to the day or to what I'm doing.

I skateboard and sometimes i spend hours doing the same trick over and over until i land it, and I never walk away unless I get too hurt to try it again, or I have to leave for something else. It just makes me mad at myself if I quit something. That's why I'll never quit life.

I don't get suicide man...People living in Sub Saharan Africa go through the most awful conditions imaginable but they troop it out and never give up hope. When hit that low, it's hard to explain, but there's not much you can do about it. You hardly have any control over your thoughts. Even if you want to be happy you can't. That's why real clinical depression is such a serious thing. What you felt is just sadness, not actuall clinical depression.
