McCain's higher-ups picked Palin after he very briefly talked to her twice. She's a fake feminist decoy designed to subvert die-hard Hillary folks, to recapture female Republicans who wavered over war and the economy, and to sway under-informed voters. Rove's fingerprints are all over this: a masterpiece of deception. President Palin will make a fool of herself, but, as the "decider" puppet of undercover neocons, she'll follow the script they feed her. Let's know whom we're actually voting for.

That is, she's cozy with the Alaskan Independence Party, whose number one priority is for the secession of Alaska from the Union. Gimme a break. How's that for patriotism? Charles attitude was an antagonistic one which he would not use with Obama. Obama does not do nearly as well as she and he is the top of the unDemocrat ticket. Woops. What ya going to do when he loses? Riot?
If you take Obama's 19 months of public vetting and Biden's 25 years of scrutiny, I think you'll find a lot more pointed questions have been lobbed at them than at Palin, who McCain seems to feel the need to protect.
