  • Halfway is near Harpers Ferry isn't it? How many days did it take for 1,069 mi.?

  • We always called Harpers Ferry, "the psychological halfway point" even though it wasn't exactly halfway. Generally it takes around 100 days to walk half of the AT. In 96 it took me 8 months to hike the entire trail, heavy snow slowed me down...
