Download an app called "Make it Mine" or "MIM". That will change your carrier to whatever you want it.

YES YOU CAN JEEEZ LOL. But seriously you can get it in 1.1.4 just check out my video, " HOw to install Customize 2.0 on ipod touch/iphone" This video shows you how to get, AND USE, customize 2.0 (which works on 1.1.4.)
