@freir44 You'll have to ask sinistar99 about actual production details. The video was originally posted a long time ago in the RealPlayer format which is probably the cause of most of the quality problems.
@freir44 Wired Magazine compared it to a toy "Pixel cam" This one came from the "real player" version uploded in 1997 and optimized for regular phone modems. It's only 4 frames per second and the whole thing came in at under 4mb. I have a better version.
