ya osu is awesome idk where to go to school its between u mass and osu umass marching band is the biggest in the country with 430 + members and they are amazing also one of the best marching bands in the world
You should also check out James Madison University. They have one heck of a music program there. I was in the marching band in 1998. This year they are marching around 470. They can produce some awesome sounds.
Actually, the OSUMB is one of the smaller marching bands at the college level. Very selective, many people try out, only 192 march every week. Because of the quality of the members, the sound is fantastic.
i'm in the military and was fortunate enough to be at this game. the bands performance at halftime was awesome but it doesnt compare to the pregame. i'm 26 years old and still get goosebumps whem the band comes through the tunnel. amazing

In Canada all you get is a crappy rock concert inside a small building where your lucky if 2000 people show. Then you walk outside and get shot at, then you fall and die on the bitterly cold pavement!
This is an amazing show! I shadowed Jon Waters, the assistant director, the day before this and saw all the inner workings of it! So much fun! The section leaders had to tell their sections not to set off the flash cubes until they were supposed to but some of them did anyway lol
my high school band did pirates star wars and spider man and we made a skull,spider web and starwars logo it was preety cool. the band band has 350 kids!
I have only see OSU perform once, and that was their spring athletic band when they came to the WV Strawberry Festival a couple of years ago. I don't remember much of it but I purchased the CD of their 2005 season, which is amazing. And this show proves to be very creative. Amazing. Props to all (Even if they don't march woodwind.)!

I am a michigan football fan, and i think they are pretty much the best football team in the land.
however, as for marching band, ohio state rocks the house, while michigan has, good music, but terrible drill.
ohio states marching band is MUCH better.
