I assume that a Ural is a Russian knock off of a BMW. I think the camera man was right, it sounds like a two cylinder motor thats only firing on one cylinder.
@Doosterify Having a horizontally opposed twin cylinder engine it is similar to a BMW but not a copy. The Ural engine is quite different than anything BMW has offered. As for running on one cylinder, yes, it was. The left carb float stuck and flooded the cylinder. Thanks
