Good tutorial kid. Many do not know the simple physics when spinning free. When you extend your arms you slow your spin, when you bring your arms and elbows in you will increase your speed. Just like figure skaters. You did a great job explaining your technique.

@PWNDinyoface The arms are out to slow his rotational force, if the arms were tucked in he would have over rotated and landed sideways. Maybe it looks funny to you, but it's extremely important in determining how much you rotate and whether or not you land the 360.

You can definitely get too far forward on takeoff. The key is finding the sweet spot in between backseat and leaning forward. Also, from my experience, not spotting your landing soon after takeoff will leave you landing blind and most likely cause you to fall. As long as you look over your shoulder to spot the landing, it helps the spin and lets you clearly see where you'll land.
