good exercise but insight of that running, cycling is also good for health and also take a died plan its really help full to lose your weight i used this died plan its awesome i lose my 10 kg in 15 days it's awesome and change my life
tried this last night on a free motion machine along with the swiss ball twisting exercise. It was an awesome workout. I can feel it in my core and I feel it in my rear delts. It seemed like I could still push heavy weights like using free weights. But it was still an all body/core workout that will help with sports.
@makingoodvideos why in the world would she be doing these workouts if she was preggo? lol no she's not, everyone has a little tummy at the bottom, even celebrities. :-D
@sweetnluvly07 She might be, If you look at her old videos she has a very flat tummy, It might be the shirt or the angle but it defenitely is a bigger bump than she normally has. Sarah is very fit and her body is used to this kind of workout, if she were pregnant, she would still be allowed or able to do this kind of workout, at least until she was further along :)
@atheistkyo Have you ever tried to do the opposite? Start with weight training will help burn more calories through out the day, but of course warm up with a little cardio. And then finish the day with cardio to burn more calories and fat since the majority of other stored energy like starch and sugar has been used up all day. Just wondering, and the fact that you change your routine with be good from your body from its routine to use up less calories.

i love this excercise... i ride horses an it is so important for strength to maintain proper spine stabilization.. so much core is used for riding.. appreciate the vid!
wow this looks intense I dont think I could do this I would like my body transformed but i dont like this cable workout I want more fun when i workout please!

but i don't like gyms and no one has that at home.
Best way to loose weight is jogging mixed with weight training it's
working great for me, i lost 10 pounds in about a month. I eat healthy and
cardio in the morning and weights at night. Guaranteed results 100%
