What I am trying to say: According to this video, those people believe they did injustice. But gay people today use this to say that being gay is not a choice and "...that even exodus people said so." Total lie! This message can be very misleading. The woman here said that she was saying in the past: "Being gay is a choice and you should change in order to be a christian." This is incorrect. You cannot change to be a Christian. You change by accepting Christ as total authority over your life. He then heales you of the sin of homosexuality and by Him coming to you you become a Christian. This shows me that those people went from the outside in and not from the inside out. Christ is the cause of change.

And that believing it is a choice in all cases can seriously hurt people. The bible is completely wrong about homosexuality being a sin. The battle is nowhere near done. There is an increasing number of religions that now comfortably accept LGBT parishioners and ordain openly gay or lesbian clergy. I was raised catholic and went to a catholic boarding school run by brother of the sacred heart. Religious studies were a big part of the curriculum. Instead of jumping to conclusions about my "closed minded irrational thinking" perhaps you might be a bit more enlightened if you were to open a history book every now and then.

The Bible is the Word of God. It says that gays won't inherit the Kingdom of God ( 1Corinthians 6:9-11 ) and that some Christians used to be gay. Romans 1 is also pertaining to it. Also, the Old Testament calls it an abomination. God and His Word don't change- we must. All things are possible to him that believeth, We believe unto salvation. Then, when you are truly born again, you become a new creature in Christ Jesus, and receive natural affections and supernatural experiences.

It was abolished by Jesus who had or relationship with God based on faith. Peter is directly told by God in Acts 10 that you are free to eat what you want in the new era of grace. It is a known fact that gay men respond different to sex phermones compared to heterosexuals. There are several differences in gay men, more specifically the amygdala. If you are aroused in all stages, you are bisexual or gay. Several credible psychological associations said it impossible to choose your orientation and it's severely harmful to try to change it. Every single one of them, showed homosexual was a common thing in all 1,500 species they studied. They studied everything, from Primates to Gut Worms. Scientists are now saying, homosexuality is natural and found in more than just 1,500 species that Oslo studied.

@loggats As you have stated, humans are mammals, we are animals. Even though we've evolved above them all, doesn't mean we are much different. As you know humans and primates share the same DNA, save for a few strands that seperate us. If our genetic makeup is close in resemblance, why should we be any different? How does having sex with the same gender constitute a synonym for rape or cannibalism?
