those arent plyometric pushups, your supposed to go from an elevated surface to the ground push up throwing your body up back onto the elevated surface then throw yourself back up then land in push ups position and repeat
what makes them plyometric is being explosive and minimizing ground contact time, not using an elevated surface. Maybe if you got your info from reading or experience, instead of from watching related videos, you would know what you were talking about.

You're talking about plyometric depth push ups.They're just one of the wonderful plyometric push up exercises which you can do plain,with clapping varieties,on a ball,two elevated surfaces...Creativity being the guide.

static push ups are alot different from plyometric push ups. Btw clap was unnecessary, you should have done 40-50 without the clap, would be a lot more impressive.
the clappers are much harder than static pushups because you're exerting more energy to lift your body from the ground. These are much more advanced than regular pushups

hay good job on the clap offs. Not many people can do those. I do 3 sets of 25 each and have met muscle men who can't hardly do any.
