switching gears in a russian truck

That fucking gear was here last night....

The driver is looking for the first gear all over the cabin...If he actually knew how to work a clutch then the clutch doesn't work and you can hear the gears screeching because of that.My grandfather drove the same model truck without a clutch for weeks because it's possible.The gasket between the steering wheel and the seat just blows.

The gearbox just isn't appropriately mounted/adjusted after overhaul. The truck itself is quite endurable, they work great even in Siberia.
