i haven't had a jolly rancher candy in like 13-15 years but it was blue raspberry, I used to buy the package I thought had the most blue, each all the blue ones, and give out the rest to my neighbors and friends.

You shouldn't rate on the freezer burn or the melting, becuz that's the shippers fault. Idk how, or what happened during shipping, but I don't think u shud of taken a star cuz of shipping issues :P. However, it's your review. I always like taking green apple, blue raspberry and watermelon, and eating all 3 at once. So so good :D

@NintendoweekFan I tend to agree with you but taste is only part of how I rate the product. I also take into consideration value, ease of preparation etc. In this case I hope Popsicle brand thinks about how they can improve on the quality control issue.
