This was too quiet for the human ear which is, unfortunately, what I am equipped with. However, I downloaded it, converted it to wma and cranked up the volume (to eleven) on vlc and found it to be a rather pleasant listen and well worth the effort. Might I suggest a new mic and/or pre-amp., or possibly shouting.

Great job Caroline! Lovely playing and singing. I have problems with low sound as well sometimes, and I use Audacity (a free download from the web) to increase the sound (using the gain). I don't know if you use a Mac or PC, but if you use a Mac you can just drop the video file onto Audacity and it will extract the audio so you can adjust it. It may be the same with PC... not sure. Hope that helps a bit!

Sounds great to me, Caroline. Sometimes I fiddle with the microphone sound level both in the webcam's utility panel and the computer's main sound panel to increase the sensitivity.

About the audio. It's got to be the camera or mic you're using. I know it's expensive, but you might have to replace it to get better sound. You can get cheap webcams on ebay.

About the sound quality: Are you using a built in mic? Then you could perhaps sit closer. Otherwise I would suggest getting an external audio device, like the zoom or something. I just use the build in isight and built in mic on my mac though...
