@Sandok13 cut the elitist crap. europeans dont buy as many automatics because they dont justify the extra expense of an automatic as often, and americans do. It has nothing to do with driving skill. america has more racetracks for its population than any other country, by far!
@ephidapoon America has more racetracks because it's big and rich. But Europe has more racing champions (Rally, F1, DTM, Le Mans, etc.) and better tracks, by far.
As for the "justification", please tell me the justification for an automatic on a sports car. A DCT system, sure, but the 350Z didn't have that. Still doesn't with the 370Z.
@Sandok13 My opinion is that the US has better tracks. And your opinion on that is just as good as mine. But it's an opinion, nothing more. The justification in buying an automatic 350z is that the vast majority of people who buy sports cars do not take them to a track. They just want to go faster on the street, and automatic transmissions handle that perfectly. Personally I do not own automatic sports cars. However it's perfectly sensible to do so, as long as you justify the extra cost.
England doesn't count as part of Europe... France, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, Spain, Portugal and such don't have an automatic option on the 350z.
thats my future car...lol

Do you live in Europe? If not, then stop saying nonsense. The 350Z never sold as an Automatic in Europe.
We know how to drive.
