Quick note: the hardware on the E71 has a radio while the E71x does not. For whatever reason, AT&T decided to axe that hardware out of the phone which makes no sense to me.

I have the Nokia E71x from day 1, and I have navigated the phone and all its features, and I need to correct what you said about the images on the My Stuff folder on the E71x cannot be moved? Try it, go to My Stuff folder, click on Images folder, highlight the picture that you want to move, click on Options button and select Organize. There you will be given an option to move it to the phone memory or memory card. In my case, I have installed the new Sandisk 16GB MicroSDHC and it works great.

why do american cell phone providers insist on sticking their tow cents into the software design so the user can't customize the system to their needs? verizon is the worst. is american t-mobile any better? you pay for funtionality but a portion of it is crippled!

I hate it when they lock down certian controls like the menu options. Other than being able to quickly findout what applications are running, I think the regular E71 is better. I have changes my menus all over the place to suit my needs and deleted some of the software which you can't do on the E71x

Idk I like my Blackberry Curve its just blackberry hasnt fixed the problem with deleted text msgs and voicemails or you won't know whos calling cause it never appears it happens about every other month..thats the downfall

LOL both phones user S60 3rd Edition ... E71-2 which features North American 3G ... has FP1, E71x from AT&T has FP2.

i think im going to get it. ive had my gray e71-2 for around 8 months and love it but im a sucker for black devices. i think 99 bucks is pretty reasonable considering i spent damn near 500 for mine. o and for those who didnt know hold down the home key to see a list of running apps
