I agree with all of those but Larry Brown. He was kind of a "One Hit Wonder." He had those 3 picks in the superbowl because no one would throw at Deion. After that superbowl, he signed a big contract with the Raiders and did nothing with it. I would also throw in Cliff Harris, Charlie Waters, Lee Roy Jordan, and D.D. Lewis.
I watched the very first Cowboy quarterback, Eddie LaBaron. He was the shortest man in pro football, about 5 feet, 7 inches. They played at the Cotton Bowl in Dallas. I purchased stadium seats at Texas Stadium when it opened. Such memories. Bullett Bob Hays was one of my favorite players. Maybe you've seen my video from Monday Night Football of January 3, 1983 that I posted on 6-22-07. It's the one with Tony Dorsett running the 99 yard run from scrimmage. Thanks again for the great clips!
im a dallas fan, and i have a few things to say. T.O. acted like an ass this season. i know u guys out there disagree wit me, but if T.O. didn't have an attitude and drop 25 passes or so we would've made it to the SB. Tony Romo was a great QB, but it's hopeless if we don't have the best WR drop passes. Also, where was Roy Williams?(he's a beast).
Loved it! So glad you included Witten at the end, too. But we can't discount clutchment like Moose, Du Pree, Alvin Harper, P Pearson, Newhouse, etc. They've done more for our team than Owens or Primetime ever would or could.
yeah, thanks for giving some more ideas. I'm currently in the process of making anew video to include some more big names, so check back sometime. thanks again.
i have been a cowboys fan my whole life and it hurts me to say this but i don't agree with your picks. Where is Danny White he never won the big game but he has better stats than Dandy Don, Charlie Watters, Thomas "Hollywood" Henderson,Daryl Johnston. The only new breeds that should be on there are Barber,Ware Romo,Glenn, if your going to have t.o. and anthony henry on there then you should have Kelvin Williams and Larry Brown
