See how he is so quick to get out the room away from the camera. I've seen interviews where he says he was depressed in the band, but I wonder how bad it really was for him. He isn't the type to write an autobiography either.

@Smilefriendly1 -- He was very happy at this time. If you watch this whole DVD, he's always laughing, joking around, giggling and smiling. He talks for the camera ALOT, more so than any of the other band members.

In fact it was the contrast between his beautiful time recording this album, and the strains of touring afterwards that led to his breakdown.

the best video on youtube no doubt! this solo is a perfect combination of a strange psychadelic feeling, and a touch that only Frusciante can bring. this is probably the most underated solo ever. look how naturally he makes these sounds, then gets up and goes away. he's like a fountain of inspiration and tallent, and everytime he stops playing he bottles it up until he touches a guitar once again. sometimes when he talks you can see hints of his genius, the way he acts, but when he performs..wow
