@allion1985, if im not wrong, ang ibig sabihin nung line na tinagalog mo sa "nanlalamig ako" is "I froze with despair" na sa tagalog ay "naninigas akong may kawalan ng pag-asa" na ang concept ng line is di sya makagalaw dahil sa kawalan ng pag-asa or he or she was stun co'z losing of hope... hindi nanlalamig na parang sya'y nasa low temperature place.

... I think the translator was referring to 「凍りつく」 when 'nanlalamig ako' was used. Based from the original Japanese lyrics, this song closely resembles the underlying message of the original, and also translates closely the words of the lyrics. "I was frozen in despair" actually omitted the line referring to 'looking out the window' and kept only 'despair' so the Filipino one is more correct in terms of translation.

The words in the song actually used 「灰の雪」 which means literally 'Snow of Ashes' - so 'Nyebeng Abo' is exactly correct. Translate directly from the original (Japanese) to the target language (Filipino) for accuracy and don't use another translated version.

@mmcsjlc Tama naman 'yung pagka-translate niya sa "nilalamig ako". "Kooritsuku" means "I stand frozen", pero kung babasehan ito sa poetical meaning, "I'm feel cold" ang ibig sabihin iyon.
