well this isn't going to help. search "Coerver" on youtube and you'll find better drills. "Coerver Coaching" is at least a system built to produce sound youth players. And honestly you can learn a great first touch by hitting balls off a brick wall until you it improves. That said, theirs more to the game then that. This is just like bad. it's in slow motion not to mention parts of it are just wrong. This is overly simplistic.

OK, when playing real soccer, you're not gonna have someone passing to you from 4 feet away and so lightly. there's no time to "cushion it" and what not. It'll waste valuable time and could potentially have you miss it if it's a hard enough pass.
