  • If cher was the last woman on earth every man would be happily GAY...

  • yeah she turned him gay lmao

  • michele bachman's husband is gay...only a moron could not see this. he is

also a shit. fuck the pair of you.

  • Hey if we are supposed to have equal rights why don't gay people open gay conversion centers to convert heteros into homosexuals? By their theory there are heterosexual men who actually want to be gay. Can I get one HETERO guy here who will admit to this and come to my office please?

  • Cher is not the best person 2 speak on this- wait, wait, wait before u jump down my throat, I'm just saying she's biased in her thought pattern. Her daughter is transgendered, so she is coming from an emotional standpoint. What is wrong with a gay person deciding that they don't want 2 be gay and seeking couseling? That is their choice, right? Why do we jump down their throats and say hey, you can't stop being gay if you want 2 yet, if someone has been hetero and is now gay...that's okay.

  • @abetterme5288 Because from the get go we are being told its wrong when its none of your busines who to grown adults choose to sleep with. So does that mean you have no problem with Gay conversion therapy, have gays open up therapy offices to try to convert heteros into gays, is that ok?

  • @evromsd I have no problem with anyone seeking to change their life. The keyword is "their" life. If someone did open a hetero conversion therapy center and people make the choice to go their then that is their business. Who am I to tell anyone they can't change from what they are(whatever that may be)? I have no opinion other than we should all live and let live. Why would a openly gay person have a problem if another human being wants to no longer be gay for their personal reasons?

  • @abetterme5288 If you truly believed in live and let live there would be no need for hetero conversion, The only reason gay people might seek that kind of therapy is because we are constantly told we are wrong for being that way and we should try to change, that is not live and let live.

  • @evromsd I have friends/family that are gay and comfortable and those who R not. I'm an advocate for them doing whatever they need to do to be happy. The one's that say they R not sure the gay life is for them and have tried are met w/angry opposition from other gay people. The very same people who say that they want to be accepted for who they are; yet when someone desires to make a change, they are no longer accepted by the gay community. Sounds like you don't believe in live and let live.

  • @abetterme5288 Your point of view makes no sense because almost from the day you are born you are taught that being gay is wrong. None of your friends that you claim don't want to be gay would probably think twice about being gay if people let them live the way that makes them happy. They are told its wrong to be gay so of course they are going to want to change. If everyone had the "live and let live" attitude gay people would not have a problem with being gay.

  • @evromsd imho your logic makes no sense. If I thought the way you do, I would've accepted that an african american women from a single parent home living in an urban "ghetto" environment is not capable of breaking free from that stereotype. There R people in the "scientific" community that would've backed that statement up once upon a time in our history(some secretly hold those the same thoughts today.). Your experience is just that...your experience.

  • @abetterme5288 Its not angry opposition, its knowing that when you are born that its not a choice and these conversion people lie. Do you advocate gay people trying to convert heteros into gays? What if you could prove gay people who accept themselves and live a gay life style live a happier life, would it be ok for gay people to try to convert heteros? After all the argument is that it is a choice. Can a true hetero choose to be gay?

  • @evromsd have you ever met anyone who spent the entire life hetero and then spent many years in jail and are now gay? I have. I think when someone changes anything in their life and the people around them have not changed, then the people around them find it easier to say that persons change is false. It is true for them, who am I to say otherwise? I would have to ask myself why I feel so pasionate about another human beings choice. That's all I'm saying.

  • @abetterme5288 I have met people like that that and they have serious issues. Mostly because they are told gay is wrong. One even became homophobic and angry. If it was acceptable and people didn't make a fuss about it, jailed men and women who have gay sex because of that situation could come out of it free of any guilt. There is no need for gay conversion. If you are gay and want to be hetero its all up to you, you don't need "therapy" they are pressured into this.

  • I though Chaz Bono WAS Bachman's husband............

  • SOOOO true

  • Michele Bachmann is a cunt and her husband Marcus is not only merely gay, he's really most sincerely gay!

  • Her husband is a big fat screaming homosexual. It would be fucking comedy if it wasn't real life. Pathetic.

  • I would vote for Cher over Bachmann any day!

  • Marcus Bauchman is painful to watch, especially when he does the Fox Trot with that ugly wife of his. Michelle reminds me of Karen Black in Airport 75 (the lead flight attendant that commands the aircraft with those wildly crossed eyes.) Anyway, Marcus is a major Homo--the worst kind. There is nothing creepier or more pathetic than a self-loathing, closet case who involves his wife in his "coping with Gay thoughts process". As a couple, the degree of the denia that they share is unbelievable.

  • love cher. :)

  • @delorme9 wrote "What about all the gay guys who want to convert straight guys?? I must have been hit on about a thousand times"

Psychiatry might help since you're obviously paranoid. I don't know your age but 1000 hits means 2 hits per week for 19 yrs. Yeah, right. Or maybe you were a very popular prisoner...

Here's some reality for you: There is no gay movement to convert heteros. Even when we want to have sex with one, we're not deluded enough to think that conversion is possible.

  • @lgbtTV4 Just like you will never see a Rabbi on television trying to explain the New Testament to Jews, there is no gay movement to "fix" heterosexuals. The stupidity of Marcus Bachmann coming on television with his flamingly effiminate a** proves one thing. He isn't afraid of any unknown evil "OUT THERE" somewhere, it's the one he sees in the mirror every morning. This is why he is typical of all homophobic people. They are repressed homosexuals afraid that their true nature will come out.

  • @lgbtTV4 i know its a old comment but I thought it bears commenting. I happen to have alot of gay friends both male and female so as a result I have been in alot of social situations where I have had the opportunity to be hit upon by gay men. While I am a hetero male, I am now wondering if I have some sort of anti-gay repulsor phermone cuz I haven't scored this guys amount of "hit ons", and I aint an ugly guy...or maybe I am.

heh, jk. gotta wonder about guys who are this paranoid. :)

  • @delorme9 The same reason straight guys hit on women, then get laughed out by the pub when they finally realise it's a lesbian bar. If you see someone you find attractive are you going to necessarily assume "lesbian" or "target"? Same difference. You want to play a victim? Stop hitting on women until you ask them their sexual preference first too.

  • @delorme9 Yeah, but they aren't trying to set up a church or group for that are they? Its an entirely different matter anyways.

  • @delorme9 Yeah, first of all, gay guys can't just tell if someone's gay or straight. If they hit on you, most of the time it's just because they don't know you're straight. If it's a gay friend of yours, he's probably just teasing you, and you can tell him to knock it off. Besides, straight guys go gaga over lesbians all the time, and talk about "the right guy" turning them straight.

Trust me, decent gay people know it can't be changed, so we couldn't change you if we wanted.

  • @Tamugetsu Uhhhh? Wouldn't it make sense to find out if the person you are interested in is straight or gay? for example ask them what their favourite movie is or what they like to do for fun and then go from there? It's just a suggestion.

  • @delorme9 Well, you didn't give details as to the situation in which you were hit on. I didn't know what you or they had done, and remember, I speak for myself, not all gay guys. And I like to play video games for fun. Is that gay?

I agree that it would be great to know everybody's orientation right off the bat, but it's a tough question to ask, especially for gay people who are now adults, because they lived trough an era of intolerance.

  • @delorme9 Besides, it's not very smooth. How many times have you gotten a girl with the pickup line:

"So, you're not a lesbian, right?"

Hitting on you is probably their way of trying to figure it out. If you tell them you're straight, they should back off. Keep in mind that while gay people are no worse than straight ones, we're not necessarily better either. There are gay jerks and pervs just like there are straight ones. They're still horny guys trying to get laid, just like straight guys.

  • @delorme9: You're dreaming.

  • @delorme9 You have been hit on a 1000 times? You hanging out in gay bars?

  • Comment removed

  • @ZenCodeMonkey No, I don't hang out in gay barsbut I've been hit on at Borders, in Dennys ,walking home from Taco Bell at 11 PM a guy pulled over in his car and asked me if I wanted "company" when I Said NO he said "are you sure?". I once I evengot got hit on during a job interview, the guy wanted to know if: "I was married had a girlfriend or if I lived alone" How about you? Can YOU relate to ANY of those situations? I bet I get hit on more than gay guys

  • @delorme9 Maybe its your own fault for being so darn cute :)

  • @delorme9 but that doesnt work either...gay guys who knowingly hit on straight dudes irritate me but have you ever stopped to think that they might not know your sexual orientation and think you are attractive. take it as a fucking compliment and politely decline

  • @rayrayisgod Are you equally as offended when hetero guys hit on hetero women AND lesbians? Guys want to F, gay guys included, of course SOMETIMES they are gonna hit on a guy they find attractive just as a hetero will hit on a girl they like.

  • @evromsd Straight men *always* panic when a gay man hits on them and they don't want to be hit on, because it's EXACTLY the same thing that they do to women every day of their lives. And, just like when a straight dude hits on a woman who says no, they can say no. And if the gay dude doesn't take no for an answer -- just like a million straight men who act like obnoxious douchebags -- they can say "get the fuck away from me". Just like a woman. ;-)

  • @delorme9 One suggestion: stop whining about it like a little bitch. Better yet, just off yourself and be done with it. More air for the rest of us.

  • Lol simple and to the point

  • lolz cher hit it on the nail

  • Cher is awesome :)

  • ha, love it. But not sure the best strategy is to throw hate against hate

  • Is Cher a psychic? Thats a pretty big judgement to make based on virtually no information. And what makes Cher relevant in the realm of politics? NOTHING. Thats what. Are we supposed to care what she thinks? No. Go sing a different song Cher. When will these self-important, self-righteous Hollywood celebs learn to have some class? Never.

  • @SeaWolfe59 wrote "based on virtually no information. And what makes Cher relevant in the realm of politics?"

Did you read before posting? She is well-known for following the news, especially politics, and watches CSPAN a lot. That's "virtually no information"? So how would YOU define a well-informed citizen? What makes Cher relevant is what makes ANY citizen voter relevant -- being informed and active. And being informed is clearly more than I can say about you.

  • @SeaWolfe59 wrote "based on virtually no information. And what makes Cher relevant in the realm of politics?"

    .

Duh. Google "Cher CSPAN." In Vanity Fair, Cher said, “I got so obsessed with [C-SPAN] that it was kind of interfering with my life." There's proof she called in ANONYMOUSLY several times, once at 4:20am. Read the transcript about military armor if you don't think she's knowledgeable. She even knew the cost of the Kevlar inserts WITHOUT A SCRIPT. And she donated to the cause.

  • @SeaWolfe59 wrote "Are we supposed to care what she thinks? ,,,these self-important, self-righteous Hollywood celebs"

So what if YOU don't care? Cher is relevant because after calling CSPAN, the armor issue got publicity and Congress got shamed into buying armor for our troops. That's not relevant? So what have you done to protect our troops? As for celebs, Cher NEVER identified herself calling CSPAN; the [Christian] host, Steve Scully, called her out. Do you know ANYTHING about this???

  • Michelle Bachmann is a Tea Party favorite and one of the leading GOP presidential candidates. Although more intelligent than the two other famous Tea Party females, Sarah Palin and Christine O'Donnell ("I am not a witch"), Bachmann has made many factual mistakes recently, i.e. claiming that the Founding Father fought slavery when most owned slaves. And she just signed a anti-gay marriage pledge that said black children of slaves had a better life than black children after Obama's election!

  • @lgbtTV4

Produce the proof that this is part of the document Michelle Bachman signed:

"black children of slaves had a better life than black children after Obama's election"

Produce the evidence or admit this claim is founded on prejudice and mendacity...

  • @SeaWolfe59 wrote "Produce the proof that this is part of the document Michelle Bachman signed:"

Why don't you stop being lazy and do some research? The first bullet in the Preamble stated, "Slavery had a disastrous impact on African-American families, yet sadly a child born into slavery in 1860 was more likely to be raised by his mother and father in a two-parent household than was an African-American baby born after the election of the USA's first African-American President."

    Duh.

  • @lgbtTV4

    1. I read the document. That statement is not present anywhere.

    2. Even though the statement is not present, explain what is false about it. And if the statement is true, what is wrong about stating it?

  • @SeaWolfe59

    > 1. I read the document. That statement is not present anywhere

You're kidding, right? First, read ALL my replies before you reply. I already said that it was removed AFTER Bachmann signed it. Second, Google for the passage to get more info. It's easy, and you'd see that it was present in the document she signed.

    > explain what is false about it

Seriously, read my replies before wasting your time. 1) It's a misrepresentation of slave families; 2) How is Obama involved???

  • @SeaWolfe59 wrote "Produce the proof that this is part of the document Michelle Bachman signed"

Seriously, do you read or watch the news??? Not only have Santorum and Bachmann since distanced themselves from the statement, but Mitt Romney just said that he won't sign it -- and the group has since removed that entire passage, admitting the racist implications.

Here's a hint: Try doing some research before challenging people or you just end up looking lazy, uneducated and wrong.

  • @lgbtTV4

    1. Yes. It was removed. Was that before or after it was signed?

    2. Why was it removed and who actually stated they were "admitting the racist implications"?

    3. Explain the "racist implications".

    4. I dont care what Santorum, Bachman and Romney did. They are just playing typical politics.

  • @SeaWolfe59

    > Yes. It was removed. Was that before or after it was signed?

    After. READ THE NEWS!

    > Why was it removed...Explain the "racist implications".

READ THE NEWS! I'm not here to be your teacher. Seriously, you can even read FOX news, if you want. In one FOX piece, Stephen Clark wrote that the document "includes a passage that suggests black families were in better shape during slavery."

Honestly, you are one of the most ill-informed conservatives I've debated.

  • @SeaWolfe59 wrote "Explain the "racist implications""

When you lie about the ACTUAL conditions of slaves, where husbands were forcibly separated from wives (and often sold), and children were taken away, and forced to watch their parents degraded and punished -- that's racism. When you lie that a Black President has somehow made family life worse than that of slaves, that's racism. How is Obama and his race relevant? Single parenthood among blacks was a problem under Reagan and Bush too.

  • @SeaWolfe59 wrote "I dont care what Santorum, Bachman and Romney did. They are just playing typical politics"

Then why did you post in this video, which is about Bachmann and Cher's reaction?

Well, at least you're being honest. Your obvious ignorance of the topics -- the Iowa pledge, Bachmann, Cher -- despite them being in the news, indeed shows that you don't care much about Presidential politics. That alone makes Cher a better and more responsible citizen than you.

  • @SeaWolfe59 The statement said, "...a child born into slavery in 1860 was more likely to be raised by his mother and father in a two-parent household than was an African-American baby born after the election of the USA's first African-American President."

This is not just about differing opinions, but it's FACTUALLY WRONG.

There were no slave "two-parent households.". Men were often separated from women, and children were taken away. Try reading the classic book, "The Peculiar Institution."

  • @SeaWolfe59 The statement said, "...a child born into slavery in 1860 was more likely to be raised by his mother and father in a two-parent household than was an African-American baby born after the election of the USA's first African-American President."

And what exactly does Obama's election have to do with ANYTHING? Black single parenthood was a problem during the Reagan and Bush administrations too. What are they implying? Talk about "mendacity." Seriously, do research before posting.

  • @SeaWolfe59 No wonder Bachmann signed the document -- it shows the same ignorance of slavery as her statement about the Founding Fathers fighting slavery (when in fact, they owned slaves!). And her inclusion of John Quincy Adams as a Founding Fathers (he was only 8 at the time). So either Bachmann was 1) stupid and ignorant; 2) Too lazy to read the document (not good for a President or Attorney!); 3) Agrees with the statement; or 4) Insincere and signed it as a political prop.

  • @SeaWolfe59 dude she signed this document, it was in the news.. everywhere.. where do you live. do you own a tv? not made up...

  • A lot of people think Cher is dumb but she actually knows a lot about politics. She's well-known for watching CSPAN, and even calling in several times, much to the shock of the host. Cher's daughter Chastity Bono had hormonal therapy and top surgery (breasts removal), and is now Chaz Bono. Cher and Chaz has a complicated relationship. Although Cher is a gay icon, she had problems handling Chastity's lesbianism at first,
