Here's an idea... why don't "the fuck" you watch it? Or, maybe (just maybe) you could click the "more info" link there in the sidebar. Does a pretty good job at summing it "the fuck" up.
to post a video over 10 minutes, you had to register a youtube account back in the beginning, long before Google acquired them as a "Director account". I had the choice, but thought I didn't want to waste space set aside for me and could always register another account if needed later, but now, it doesn't matter what you register, there is a 10 minute limit :'(
