  • Well regardless, if you take the fact that she only been practicing twice a month, if that, and she's just knocked in a 91 break?! So come on! If she practiced all the time, she'd be well hitting in maximums and centuries! So what, her match breaks aint been higher than fifty something!? That doesn't always mean a thing, plenty of top professional players out there that their highest match breaks are about that or less! Also it is going to be a lot more nerve racking playing a match to practice.

  • she plays a whole lot better than I was at that age.and I played quite well.

  • correct, great playing

  • What is wrong with the poeple on here? she plays excellently for any age, she plays a lot better than I do and I imagine a lot of the idiots who make claims on here as well, you should try to encourage people instead of keep bringing them down.

  • @ColinPRS Thanks for your comments. You would not believe the ones that I have to delete from people about Hannah. Some of it is mischevious, some of it is totally out of order and viscious. At the end of the day players that play Hannah have alot of respect for her and that includes some professional snooker players. She is not made out to be a female Ronnie just a female player that competes against the lads, men and on the ladies circuit to improve her game. :)

  • @ColinPRS ...at the end of the day it seems to be the people who have not played against her that have the most bad things to say as well as those that wouldnt be able to beat her if she played them one handed. Ah well such is life. I would like to re-iterate your comments:

We should be encouraging more players to play the game and attain whatever level that they can. There is enough to worry about in the world without attacking people who actually try to better themselves.

  • @markj147 These people are normally weak, non-people in the real world, but then get behind the computer screen and get out all thier frustrations, you see them on TV when the go too far and get nicked, and then claim some kind of mental illness. Rather sad little people.

  • What is wrong with the poeple on here? she plays excellently for any age, she plays a lot better than I do and I imagine a lot of the idiots who make claims on here as well, you should try to encourage people instead of keep bringing them down.

  • pure class

  • She would own me :D

  • 0:15 what a shot in the bqckground

  • the balls are everywhere .. easy

  • @vinnothelizard Yes they are everywhere.

  • @vinnothelizard hey she's 10 she's not missing a pot and all you care about is the balls being everywhere???

  • Hannah is now 14 and has proven, against all the sillly comments - some of which I could not approve to be shown on here, that not only can she play snooker but to a high level for her age. Thanks for the support from those that have seen her play. She is far far better than these videos show and I will try and post some further footage of her taken recently.

  • @SaMaRaC19 no shots r hard when you can control the white

  • @SaMaRaC19 that's a good thing.

  • i've been there

  • Yeaah shes good. Im only 14 and I play 2 every month and find it hard to get back into it and potting balls if she plays like that she should be the new ronny

  • she got the skills to take her to the top of the hills

  • coolll....she's good and got skills....but got to say the cue stick is longer then her :P

  • very good! I wish i was half as good as that

  • what are the key fundamentals of having a good cue action mine all over the place ????

  • It is a John Parris - will get back to you on the model.

  • i dont think she would have much a chance against me bcause a few days ago i made a 98 in prctice against someone and i have only been playing for one year so i would blow her away 'left handed'

    ;D

  • Well done indeed. You must be phenomenal to be knocking in those breaks every frame...Nice one, hope to see you on the junior tour.

  • you sound like a giant douche bag she is only ten there and she is an amazing player when she get older she will be top of the line much better than you could hope to acomplish

  • @binatonefc she would smash you son...or id give you a 60start left handed???

  • @binatonefc

Where the hell were you when modesty was being handed out?

  • She has a good cue action and hits the ball well. Remember she has to grow height wise so dont be too hard on her. She definately has natural talent. Good Luck to her

  • Thank you for your sensible comments. Hannah is very tall for a 12 year old - nearly 5ft 7 now and has alot more to contend with at the moment than lads of her age. We just let her find her level and see where that takes her. She is already a multiple World Champion in the ladies game so I am not too concerned... :)

  • I think he has a nice cue action and does have some natural ability. I hope she sticks at it.

  • Of course they could be wrong. At least she enjoys playing, that's all that matters to me. Well done on your clear ability in the game. Perhaps you will play her one day at a junior tour event. Thing is, according to you, she isn't very good so you'll have no problem beating her. Then again.....

  • why do u say she is so good when her highest match brake is only 52 and i have only been playing for one year and my highest break is 63

  • Because she is good. She now only practices a couple of times a month if that. She would have been alot better if she practced every day.

She is only 12 as well and you are......

  • Iam only 13 playing for just over 12 months highest match break is 63, if she has been playing since 5 and can only achieve that break in my club that is just a normal player not very good at all.

  • It really is a matter of opinion. She has been playing properly since the age of 9 before that she would practice very occasionally. Your profile says your 30 so I presume you are lying or using someone elses account. It is not my opinion that Hannah is very good though it is the opinion of a lot of people that have seen her play including some very talented snooker players and professionals.

  • Hannah is 12 at the moment, she doesn't play in Cuestars because we don't have access to cuestars up here.

  • Hannah hasn't played in Swindon, so it may have been in another event. What is your name and I will see if I can remember the event.

  • If you look attentive to her she has a sure shot she acts as a real winner. Her problem isn`t the leg is practice and wide shots. (ungle formed by white ball, object ball and pocket is over 180).

    Keep Up

  • for a 10 year old playin on a full size snooker tables....that is really impressive keep up the good work u will be a top player well done

  • good luck and look forward to the further videos

  • she has a habit when walking into her shot that may cause problems when she's under pressure in tournment play. instead of putting her bracing leg on the line of aim first she leads with her bent leg....this may make her line up incorrectly under pressure.keep up the good work (theres a good example around the 1min 55 mark on this vid)

  • I agree. It needed her to grow a bit more and then focus on changing her stance, which she did and she now stands back and walks in with her brace leg on the line of aim. I really need to update these videos... Sorry for the delay. I shall get to the club with her next week and post something up. Thanks for your comments though really appreciated.

  • Looking forward to the updated vids. Can't believe I could easily be beaten by a 12 year old girl. But thats because I put no effort into my snooker, and she does, and I have no natural talent, and she does!

  • Glad I'm not the only one who thinks the same about being beaten...

  • is it me or do women have diffrent standard stance to me i play in cue stars there are 3 girls there and the all have the same stance and it is the same as hannah

  • Hannah's stance has changed considerably since this was taken. She is now around 5ft 6 and has grwon into her stance. She looks alot more comfortable and I believe stands like good male players. This has been achieved with alot of hard work from Hannah. I do understand what you mean though because there are a few girls who play in our snooker club who stand in a similar way.

  • how old is she now?

  • Hannah was 12 in September 2008.

  • she's no alison fisher.

id probably ton her left handed.

  • Correct she isn't allison fisher - well done.....

  • You taught her well :)

    -k9!

  • Hey K9, I checked your vids. Awesome stuff there. Thanks about Hannah. She does all the hard work. I will put some updated video on because she does play the game slightly differently now.

  • is that old starky in the background???? wheres his video camera?

  • hah, dont waste her time mate, hannah dosent play against young uns anymore lol

  • Yes she does :) lol

  • Just a quick note. Noticed a slight technical mistake that might effect your game under pressure. At about the 1.14 min mark you walk into a shot (quite correct), but you lead with your bent leg instead of getting your straight anchor leg / foot on the line of aim first. This may make you line up incorrectly on certain shots and particularly under prssure. Hope this helps and good luck

  • thx for the tip!

  • I'm Your fan Hannah :)

  • It'd be awesome if women were good enough to play alongside men on television. The stereotypical view that snooker is a man's game gets in the way a bit sadly.

  • she definatly has some ability ther for a young girl.. and she enjoys her snooker lol... bless hope she improves and does well for herself

  • wikd vidio

    amzing. good luck

  • man.. this girl promises, she really have talent, I hope she becomes a world champion someday, best of luck ;)
