@02pandaboy press f8 key when booting windows or when turning on your computer,there'll be safe mode,safe mode with networking,and safe mode command prompt

I have a slight problem, I need to get some information off the BSOD itself, however, my system restarts as soon as the BSOD is displayed (Around 0.5 seconds after the system crash).

Can anyone tell me how to view the information after my computer has rebooted? Maybe there is some kind of system dump file on the computer? Im running Windows Vista 32 bit

PS. it seems to crash when a sound file is played

You can do that in SAFE MODE,its easy as ABC,you just keep pressing F8 at startup.

that drive... so i'm still hoping that i could really retrieve all of my files and able to get back and used my old terra hard drive.... hu hu hu... is there any software out there that can recover a hard drive from crash damp(blue screen)?

at first mine lasted for a couple of minutes about a half an hour... im not really aware of this bluescreen... am i decided to reformat my drive hence my whole drive were into two part partition i formated the C drive which all of my programs were there and my back-up files where on D... and it didn't start now... it doesnt even detected at all... so right now i purchase another hard drive to serve initial which btw i've really dont want to waste to old hard drive coz my life were back-up on...

wa....my problem is BSOD too but it's very different...mine is after loading like in 0:20 BSOD will appear...will appear just like a blink i think 0.7 secs, and my pc will restart i always goes like that except when i choose safe mode

safe mode and check what files are running on start up. to go on safe mode press F8 when comp is starting up

yh mine does that too! and it hasnt got a reason! it says WINDOWS HAS DETECTED A PROBLEM AND HAS BEN SHUT DOWN TO PREVENT DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER!
