Take a look at those. It could help with all the frame dropping. It's not lag. When you are recording with debut the settings you are using are too demanding for your pc. So it causes debut to drop some frames and keep the others which creates the 'lag' effect.
Run gamebooster when ever you are playing/recording. It helps a lot.
