Elégiaque ! Aïe aïe aïe !!!!!! Je ne vois pas ce qu'il y a d'élégiaque dans cette exécution. Le pianiste a encore de beaux jours de répétitions devant lui ! il faudrait déjà qu'il joue les bonnes notes avant de parler du reste!!

Its a very rewarding piece to play, isn't it? For the piano in bar 16 don't forget the F sharp in the 2nd half of the bar in the RH. For my taste the cadenzi can be played a little more free, not so metronomic, I think its also more enjoyable to play, and to listen to!

In answer to the first comment, we are in my house on Twin Valley Road in Middleton Wisconsin, USA. The shade is drawn to make the room lighting more uniform.
